How to cook dumpling king dumplings

cooking my dumplings are probably as easy making scrambled eggs. they taste a lot better, too.

** You're going to need a good non-stick pan **

1. Place 2-3 tbsp of oil (canola or grapeseed is best) in a non-stick pan, then place frozen dumplings and fill with water 3/4 way up the dumpling. turn heat on high (you can cover them to speed up the process but take the cover off when it starts boiling).

2. allow water to completely evaporate (this will cook the filling). When you hear sizzling, check the bottoms of the dumplings - nice and brown? good to go. Enjoy.

enjoy with chinese black vinegar and grated ginger

1. fill a pot 3/4 way full of water and bring to a boil. add frozen wun tun and stir gently to prevent from sticking periodically. cook for 10-15 minutes.

2. strain and serve.
